Responsibilities:

Work with high standards to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Show customers how to operate equipment safely and answer any questions they may have.
  • Perform rental return check-ins and check outs to meet Rent Ready Standards.
  • Completes minor repairs and regular maintenance on rental equipment.
  • Responsible for cleaning, detailing and servicing equipment upon return.
  • Loading and unloading rental equipment.
  • Check equipment for any damage, hours used and fuel level upon return.
  • Maintain safe work environment and perform duties in accordance with safety standards.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Customer centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and analytical with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated team player with high integrity and initiative.
  • General knowledge of operating various pieces of equipment would be considered an asset.
  • Mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility in hours can be accommodated.
