Essential Duties:
- Responsible for supporting internal and external customers to achieve customer satisfaction through understanding needs and negotiating orders.
- This position is our customers frontline contact which always requires strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
- Coordinating equipment rental requests to shop to meet customer demands.
- Generate leads for new business to drive sales and business growth.
- Support our social media and Marketing efforts along with administrative tasks as required.
- Go over safe operation of all equipment to customers upon pick up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Provide prompt follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Backup for Rentals Lead
- Other associated tasks as required by the Rental Lead.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Attention to detail, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are imperative.
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping and agriculture equipment an asset.
- Must be customer and detail orientated.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
