If we are currently out of a regularly stocked part we will
deliver it to you SAME DAY 
(if requested before 3:00 pm).
After 3:00 pm, we guarantee your part to you by 9:00 am the following business day.
We ask that the following conditions are acknowledged:
- Part requested is a ‘Machine Down’ unit during peak operating season.
- Customer has participated in a Premier Service Inspection program in the previous 12 months.
- The part is physically available from factory or dealer sources - (not on back-order).
We commit to exhausting every option to provide your part as soon as possible.
